A Passion for Potential
Hi, I’m Dr. Missy Albrecht!
It has always fascinated me how the human body moves, and how that movement has a profound impact on our total health.
Proper movement helps people thrive. I believe movement is medicine—it helps us go about life more effectively, it feeds our brains, and it keeps our organs functioning properly.
My passion for healthy movement grew from my own experiences with athletic performance…which included injury and debilitating health issues. But during my pursuit of personal health I learned so much—and it’s too good not to share!
Now I take an all-encompassing approach to health, helping you utilize whichever resources you need to get healthy and stay healthy. I work with nutrition specialists, medical specialists, and you—the owner of your body.
I also specialize in visceral manipulation, because if your organs are moving properly (yes—they move inside you and their movement can be restricted!), that alone can increase your ability to be truly health.
I’ve also seen evidence of how toxins can disrupt our movement through tissue damage, forcing organs to work overtime and increasing wear and tear. Sadly, we are exposed to toxins every day. Much of it can’t be helped.
But that’s why I focus on what can be controlled through natural medicine and non-toxic living. A key contributor to this kind of lifestyle is using doTERRA therapeutic-grade essential oils. I’d love to share what I’ve learned about the benefits they can provide!
I’m always moving! This means I get to travel, meet new people, and learn more every day about nutrition, natural medicine, and all things fitness!
My idea of a relaxing day is to be out in the mountains with my pup and good friends.
And call me crazy…but I try to avoid furniture whenever possible.
(I believe it's a big source of our health issues today!)
