I know it’s been a hard time to stay motivated to move, so just try to remember that movement is medicine!
Try to get that sweat in once a day and move often all day long (even if it’s just arm circles!)
If you’re still struggling to get into the gym or get a workout in at home, remember how beneficial play is!
