(ARE YOU) recovering from an injury? | Flodesk
Hi, Invincible Squad!
how have your workouts been?
Hi First name / Movement Lover!
Hopefully your gym is back open and you’re able to get back in to support them.
Maybe you’re like me and can’t bring yourself to workout in a mask right now. So home workouts are the option right now!
I know it’s been a hard time to stay motivated to move, so just try to remember that movement is medicine!
Try to get that sweat in once a day and move often all day long (even if it’s just arm circles!)
get outside!
If you’re still struggling to get into the gym or get a workout in at home, remember how beneficial play is!
One of my favorite workouts these days is headphones on, 90s hip hop & dancing around my apartment :)
Coloradans are lucky because we have a lot of outdoor play we can do, but wherever you are make sure your movement is FUN. If you hate it, try something else…
Jump up and down to your favorite song.
Let your kids chase you around the backyard.
Enjoy the movement that nourishes your body and soul.
