GETTING CREATIVE WITH YOUR SELF-CARE

Have you ever used the coregeous ball on your chest?

What a powerful way to open up the layers of fascia around your lungs and heart, supporting a few amazing things:

- more upright posture
- better breathing
- reduced neck tension
- reduced shoulder tension
- reduced upper back tension
- maybe reduced knee pain (because it’s all connected!)

If you don’t have the coregeous ball yet, check out here!

FEEL WHAT YOUR BODY NEEDS

One of the main things I teach patients for their self-care routine using the coregeous ball is to FEEL WHAT YOUR BODY NEEDS.

This is so important when we talk about following body care instruction from others because we are the only ones who can truly feel what’s going on in our bodies. This means we are the only ones who can feel and see what the body actually needs.

I love hearing when patients come back and share the things they adjusted to adapt to their bodies (with a rare "I don't think you should do that" 😂)

These types of recommendations are interwoven in the organ healing guide to help people feel empowered to take the originally instructed exercise and explore different movements to help them best
