We both had different experiences being lost in the medical system, but we eventually came to the same conclusion.  We needed to take charge of our own health. And learning about our organ & pelvic floor health helped connect a lot of missing pieces.

The Inside Connection program was created for you, someone also lost in the medical system. Someone ready to take control of their own healing journey and think outside of the box when it comes to the human body. During the 6 week program, you will start to connect the dots between your pelvic floor, organ health & health issues you've been dealing with for too long.
