Move with confidence!

Are you....

  • Looking to prepare for the snow sport season?
  • Recovering from injury?
  • Nervous about returning to your sport because you always have pain?
  • Feeling lost with your training routine right now?
  • Just looking to optimize your performance and move well?!

Your solution

  • Emilie has designed a 6-week functional prehab program to address your individual strength, endurance, and mobility needs. Inclusive with 2 one-hour video calls, and a 30 minute follow up, this program promises to keep you on track towards achieving your functional goals.
  • The first call includes a detailed history and outline of your goals, as well as a comprehensive functional mobility assessment. The next call, we will go through the exercises in the program and have you perform them to ensure proper technique. After one week of the program, a 30 minute follow up zoom call will be offered to go through any questions or concerns about the program and to ensure it is effective to best prepare you for whatever athletic endeavors you have ahead.
  • Throughout the program, a chat option will be available for you to ask questions and upload videos of exercises if there is a need for review. Emilie looks forward to working with you and guiding you towards achieving your functional goals.
